New York Family Dentistry is seeking a foreign-trained dentist currently working as a Chairside Assistant to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. Requirements

Dental Degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) from a recognized international institution
Currently working as a Chairside Assistant in a U.S. dental practice
Pursuing or planning to pursue U.S. dental accreditation
Strong understanding of dental procedures across specialties
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Passion for patient education and dental care coordination

Responsibilities

Leverage your dental expertise to effectively educate patients about treatment options
Explain clinical benefits of dental treatments using your comprehensive dental knowledge
Guide patients through insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs
Assist with third-party financing and credit applications
Create treatment plans that address patients' oral health needs while working within their financial constraints
Document treatment discussions, financial arrangements, and required prior approvals
Provide chairside support when needed, putting your clinical background to use
