Our 36-acre park is home to North America’s longest-running outdoor music festival and its most artistically diverse, featuring over 100 different events across various genres and the annual residency of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. As a Sales Associate for Ravinia’s Chair Rental, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for the daily sales and customer relations of the on-site chair rental operation. This role offers numerous opportunities to engage with patrons and contribute to creating a welcoming Ravinia experience.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in teams or independently
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Available to work evening hours on weekdays and weekends
• All Ravinia employees must be at least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Ring up sales for chair rentals
• Stock, clean, and organize chairs and tables for concert rental
• Carry and set up chairs and tables for parties, groups, and individuals
• Collect un-returned chairs and tables
• Clean, organize and restock rental chair storage and sale areas daily
• Sell light up novelties on the lawn on busy nights
