About The Position
The MetroHealth System is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the next Chairperson of the Department of Family Medicine. This department is a cornerstone of the system's commitment to community-based, comprehensive care, with a dedicated team of 70–75 clinicians delivering high-quality, accessible care at 15–20 clinical sites. The department also supports a highly regarded Family Medicine Residency Program and hosts learners from multiple universities. The Chair will be responsible for advancing clinical care, education, community outreach, and research.
Requirements
- Progressive leadership experience in an academic or large healthcare setting
- A record of scholarly or teaching activity
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
