About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Chain CDL A Delivery Driver for their Plant City, FL location. This role involves delivering food products to regional chain restaurants, building customer relationships, and operating a Class A CDL truck. The position offers overnight routes with most nights spent at home, requiring 1-2 overnights per week. Drivers will be responsible for unloading cases up to 100 lbs using a ramp and two-wheeler. Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License is required.
• Must be able to operate a 10 speed manual.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check.
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent.
