WEIS is looking for a CGO Coordinator who is passionate about teamwork and the growth of its associates and communities. This role involves greeting customers, providing prompt and courteous service, and assisting associates to resolve customer concerns. The CGO Coordinator will maintain the integrity of the CGO system throughout the store, investigate and resolve balance on hand issues, and utilize required applications and technology related to CGO Operations. This position requires ensuring all reports and records are accurate and complete, making informed decisions based on reports to ensure optimum profitability, and creating daily pick lists. The role also involves performing daily Out of Stock counts, investigating reasons for out-of-stock conditions, resolving miss-picks or forecasting issues, and creating secondary display settings as directed. Identifying and resolving planogram integrity issues, assisting with signage for out-of-stock merchandise, and correcting balance on-hand inaccuracies are key responsibilities. The CGO Coordinator will maintain a "Blue Chip" program for secondary product locations, review salvage and transfer processes, and work with the Regional CGO analyst to resolve issues. General sanitation in the department, adherence to cleaning schedules, and proper trash disposal are also required. The associate must perform all duties in accordance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations, including environmental, health, safety, and security policies. Utilization of all company-provided Personal Protected Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. The role may involve assisting in other departments.
