About The Position

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is hiring a CGI Video Editor for its Anderson, South Carolina office. The role brings stories to life within each brand’s unique identity by developing 3D motion assets and effects and working with produced content. The editor creates video and graphic assets that support brand and product initiatives, campaigns, and sales promotions, and develops an understanding of the company’s processes, brand standards, and products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the post-production field.
• A CGI reel.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, C4D, After Effects, and Red Shift, as well as color correction.
• Working knowledge of video production workflows on set and of online and offline editing.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, relationship skills, and ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in film or a focus on video editing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creatively edit and build 3D video files and execute graphic layouts from storyboards, meetings, or edit sessions with the director to support brand and product initiatives, campaigns, and sales promotions.
• Model and animate 3D assets and convert product CAD for use in video.
• Understand and apply best practices at the evolving intersection of AI and CGI.
• Perform color correction and sound design as needed.
• Maintain organized and accessible archives of raw footage and layered working files for editors and department heads.
