About The Position

Two Circles is a sports and entertainment marketing business that helps clients understand and influence fan behavior to grow audiences and revenues. Its platforms and services are trusted by more than 1,000 clients globally, and the company has more than 1,000 people across 15 offices. The Video Editor will join the Studio team in Kansas City to create video and animation content for clients, tell captivating stories that connect with audiences, and help shape the evolution of the Studio offering.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics.
• A portfolio demonstrating original thinking and the ability to tell engaging stories through video, particularly in football.
• In-depth understanding of current editing trends.
• Experience taking content from ideation to execution and contributing to the creative process.
• Comfort working with brand guidelines and meeting tight deadlines.
• Passion for football and its connection to wider cultural themes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading.

Responsibilities

• Edit and finish video content from raw footage through final delivery for client campaigns, owning cuts, versions, and timelines.
• Work with the Client Lead and Post-Production team to maintain consistently high quality.
• Collaborate with producers, clients, and Studio team members through feedback rounds.
• Maintain quality control and the appropriate tone and style across client projects.
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, including aspect ratios, cutdowns, captions, and platform specifications, with organized project files and clean handoffs.
• Brainstorm and execute video concepts that align with client brands and contribute to team ideation sessions.
• Coordinate deliverables for each piece of content and meet production timescales.
• Help improve Studio workflows and the Studio offering.
