About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Computer Graphics (CG) team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing project timelines, client communication, and internal coordination.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally within a CG, film, gaming, or architecture/interior design environment
  • Strong understanding of CG production pipelines and familiarity with tools such as Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya or Blender
  • Experience using project management tools (i.e., Click Up or similar) to manage workflows and team collaboration
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and streamline workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and complex timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and adapt quickly
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate development, architectural visualisation, or marketing-driven CG production
  • Basic technical understanding of file formats, rendering pipelines, and asset management
  • Familiarity with agile or iterative project workflows

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, the CG team, and Marketing, ensuring clear, consistent communication of timelines, deliverables and expectations
  • Translate project briefs into clear, actionable tasks for the CG team, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Define and maintain project scope, shot lists, milestones, and output requirements
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from kick-off to final delivery, including building detailed workback schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking progress
  • Coordinate closely with CG artists and Marketing partners, adapting to evolving creative direction and shifting priorities
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and proposed solutions to keep projects on track
  • Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards and creative intent before final delivery
  • Identify, flag and proactively resolve risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints
  • Maintain organised project documentation, including briefs, timelines, feedback, and version control
  • Support team operations as needed, including occasional flexibility with working hours to meet key deadlines
