About The Position

The CFTSS County Supervisor leads Community Based Providers in the assigned region. This role ensures that program guidelines are followed and services are properly documented in the electronic health record. The position involves managing referrals, supporting staff, coordinating with clients and community partners, and contributing to program growth and sustainability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Two years of related experience working with children and youth with mental health concerns, addiction, or in foster care settings required.
Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Manage referrals from a variety of resources.
Maintain collaboration with clients, families, staff, programs, and community contacts.
Provide regular supervision to staff.
Facilitate staff meetings.
Correspond with program and agency leadership.
Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team.
Hire and manage staff.
Actively work to maintain program growth and sustainability.
Ensure program guidelines are followed and services are properly documented in the electronic health record.
