TEAM, Inc. headquartered in Derby, CT, is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome the economic, educational, and health barriers that stand between them and the lives they're working to build. We have nearly tripled in size over the past decade, and we're looking for a new financial leader who has the experiences and drive to take us to the next level. As our CFO, you'll bring strategy, and vision to a complex financial landscape that spans state and federal grants, contracts, and the full range of nonprofit compliance requirements. You'll lead a dedicated accounting team, serve as a key member of our senior leadership team, and be the financial steward of an organization whose work touches the lives of real people in our community every day. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. TEAM needs a CFO who has navigated the nuances of Uniform Guidance and FASB standards, who can build the systems and processes (including AI financial tools) that support continued growth and efficiency, and who understands that in a nonprofit, every dollar managed well is a dollar that goes further in the community.
