The CFO will play a visible role in advancing the financial strategy behind this work, partnering with executive and clinical leaders to support sustainable growth, responsible stewardship and the continued evolution of a premier destination for women, babies and families. The Chief Financial Officer for Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies and the Orlando Health Women’s Institute serves as a strategic financial executive and trusted advisor to hospital, institute and system leadership. This leader will help shape the financial strategy for one of the nation’s most recognized women’s and neonatal care environments, translating operational priorities, growth opportunities, quality goals and service-line needs into disciplined financial plans and actionable business insight. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO provides enterprise-level financial expertise, monitors performance across revenue, expense, productivity, capital and operating indicators, and partners with clinical and operational leaders to advance sustainable growth, exceptional patient care and long-term value for the communities served by Orlando Health.
