Requirements

• The SaaS Specialist: You’ve been in the trenches of a high-growth tech company. You understand the "rule of 40" and how to balance aggressive growth with fiscal responsibility.
• The Analytical Storyteller: You don't just present spreadsheets; you provide narratives. You can tell us exactly why a number moved and what we need to do next.
• The Scaler: You’ve ideally navigated a company through fundraising or through significant M&A activity.
• The Culture Add: You are entrepreneurial, slightly obsessed with efficiency, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on capital allocation, long-term planning, and market expansion.
• SaaS Mastery: Own the metrics that matter. You’ll optimize CAC/LTV ratios, churn analysis, and ARR growth to ensure Nimonik is a lean, mean, scaling machine.
• M&A & Fundraising: Lead the charge on future funding rounds and evaluate strategic acquisition targets to bolster our market position.
• Comptroller: Help manage costs, verify decisions and coordinate with bookeeping team to ensure we optimize our expenses
• Global Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, tax strategy, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.
• Grow: Build a finance team over time, at the start you will be along with the CEO.
