About The Position

Key position supporting the deployment and maintenance of the One Way operating system within the CETS business area. Will utilize continuous improvement toolset and business process management skillset to engage owners across various process streams to identify and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Associate Engagement Manager: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 5 years related business experience.
  • Associate Engagement Manager: Change management and/or program/project management experience.
  • Associate Engagement Manager: Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze ambiguous/complex business scenarios.
  • Associate Engagement Manager: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
  • Associate Engagement Manager: Ability to adapt to change quickly and work within a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
  • Associate Engagement Manager: Understanding of core business processes/industry trends with ability to interpret and react to ongoing changes.
  • Engagement Manager: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Engagement Manager: At least 8 years related business/industry experience.
  • Engagement Manager: Experience facilitating or consulting on improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Engagement Manager: Change management or program/project management experience.
  • Engagement Manager: Must build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including executive level leadership, through presentations, coaching, and facilitation of teams.
  • Engagement Manager: Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze ambiguous/ complex business scenarios.
  • Engagement Manager: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
  • Engagement Manager: Ability to adapt to change quickly and work within a diverse, cross-functional team environment.

  • Senior Engagement Manager: At least 10 years related business/industry experience.
  • Senior Engagement Manager: Experience consulting on and leading improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Senior Engagement Manager: Change management and program/project management experience.
  • Senior Engagement Manager: Must build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including executive level leadership, through presentations, coaching, and facilitation of teams.
  • Senior Engagement Manager: Strong interpersonal skills using active listening and ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Senior Engagement Manager: Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze ambiguous/ complex business scenarios.
  • Senior Engagement Manager: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
  • Senior Engagement Manager: Ability to adapt to change quickly and work within a diverse, cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Gas and/or Electric Utility industry experience.
  • MBA, Industrial Engineering, or other related certification.
  • Business process management skillset including Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Toolsets, and data management skillsets.
  • Internal/External consulting experience facilitating improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Preference given to individuals currently in the CETS business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and maintenance of the Management Requirements and 4 Plays: Visualization, Performance Reviews, Problem-Solving, and Standardization.
  • Utilize PDCA/A3 to drive continuous improvement based on business area goals cascaded down through the organization.
  • Responsible for providing process expertise and input on issues through use of continuous improvement toolset and business process management skillset.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business area leadership and One Way office.
  • Communicate and report on the status of continuous improvement events and outcomes.
  • Establish effective, collaborative working relationships with CETS business partners and senior leadership to maximize project efficiency, responsiveness, and resource allocation.
  • Support Senior Engagement Managers in execution of cross-functional continuous improvement projects utilizing breakthrough methodology to deliver substantial improvements in identified areas.
  • Support process level metrics (including financial management documentation) and influence accountability across process streams by supporting use of tools such as operating reviews, continuous improvement projects.
