The Channel Certified Trainer, along with Leadership and other company stakeholders, supports the Training Lead in implementing the company-wide training curriculum. They are responsible for the assessment and implementation of all training efforts, spanning from On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Quality to Compliance and Regulatory required aspects. This includes the facilitation of engaging live, virtual, and other trainings to support the business goals of the company and ensure exceptional execution of the training curriculum to employees. The role drives cultural values and philosophy through all training and development activities by facilitating training for employees who are temporary, newly hired, new to a department, or in need of recertification, as well as for employees requiring help to improve their performance. The trainer will participate in or lead a variety of training exercises, communicate with employees, and teach and explain EVERSANA’s values, training procedures, product handling techniques, and safety guidelines. They will interact with Leads, Supervisors, Human Resources, Operations Manager, Training Lead, and Training Specialist to evaluate and critique training programs to provide the best training and work experience possible. Additionally, the trainer advises the employee's direct supervisor concerning individual progress to determine succession planning and employee readiness, and makes employee assessments and recommendations on strategies to improve performance, readiness for advancement to additional tasks, and/or readiness and fitness for hire. The role involves conducting formal classroom training, small group, and one-on-one training sessions on the floor as needed. Upon hire, the trainer will need to complete the Train the Trainer Certification Program. They are responsible for site training for all shifts and across all functionalities, continually adding value to training material through comprehensive evaluation and documentation of trainings, and engaging team members to build and maintain safety as part of the culture. The role requires the ability to prioritize job tasks and duties, oversee practical training, testing, and auditing processes, and submit all forms to TC/TM. Trainers will attend general meetings with other employees, staff, managers, supervisors, and coordinators, and ensure that all EVERSANA safety and security policies and procedures are followed. Trainers will maintain productivity standards when not in Trainer mode, performing job-specific duties and maintaining productivity/attendance standards. This includes operating an RF scan device, complying with all company-provided Standard Operating Procedures, closely monitoring stock control systems, and ensuring all orders are managed accurately through a digital scanner and the inventory system. Work must meet all manufacturing requirements, including adherence to Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), with a focus on safety at all times and compliance with all safety requirements. The trainer must meet all shift requirements as assigned (timely, uniform, etc.) and perform other duties as assigned. A typical workday involves being assigned individual(s) training needs, completing weekly employee evaluations to determine training needs (initial, corrective, updated, or new skills training), and conducting pre-assessments followed by 30, 60, and 90-day post-assessments. Hours worked can be at any time and for any shift, based on training needs. When not training, the individual will continue working on the DC floor while meeting productivity standards.
