About The Position

The Channel Certified Trainer, along with Leadership and other company stakeholders, supports the Training Lead in implementing the company-wide training curriculum. They are responsible for the assessment and implementation of all training efforts, spanning from On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Quality to Compliance and Regulatory required aspects. This includes the facilitation of engaging live, virtual, and other trainings to support the business goals of the company and ensure exceptional execution of the training curriculum for employees. The role also involves driving cultural values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

Responsibilities

Facilitates training for employees who are temporary, newly hired, new to a department, or in need of recertification, and for employees requiring help to improve their performance.
Participates in or leads a variety of training exercises.
Communicates with employees, teaching and explaining EVERSANA’s values, training procedures, product handling techniques, and safety guidelines.
Interacts with Leads, Supervisors, Human Resources, Operations Manager, Training Lead, and Training Specialist to evaluate and critique training programs.
Advises employees' direct Supervisors concerning individual progress to determine succession planning and employee readiness.
Makes employee assessments and recommendations on strategies to improve performance, readiness for advancement to additional tasks, and/or readiness and fitness for hire.
Conducts formal classroom training, small group, and one-on-one training sessions on the floor as needed.
Completes the Train the Trainer Certification Program upon hire.
Responsible for site training for all shifts and across all functionalities.
Continually adds value to training material through comprehensive evaluation and documentation of trainings.
Engages team members to build and maintain safety as part of the culture.
Oversees practical training, testing, and auditing processes and submits all forms to TC/TM.
Attends general meetings with other employees, staff, managers, supervisors, and coordinators.
Ensures that all EVERSANA safety and security policies and procedures are followed.
Maintains productivity standards when not in Trainer mode.
Performs job-specific duties and maintains productivity/attendance standards when not training.
Operates an RF scan device.
Complies with all company-provided Standard Operating Procedures.
Closely monitors stock control systems.
Ensures all orders are managed accurately through a digital scanner and the inventory system.
Meets all manufacturing requirements, including adherence to Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Focuses on safety at all times and complies with all safety requirements.
Meets all shift requirements as assigned (timely, uniform, etc.).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Completes weekly employee evaluations to determine training needs (initial, corrective, updated, or new skills training).
Conducts pre-assessments and follows up with 30, 60, 90-day post-assessments.
