This position is for an incoming pharmacy Intern I (starting pharmacy program in fall 2026). For those waiting for pharmacy intern license, you will work in the scope of pharmacy technician but have exposure to the pharmacy intern program. This position is contingent. Certified Pharmacy Tech II will assist the pharmacist in assuring timely and accurate provision of medications to patients. Routine technician functions are performed under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. These functions may include unit dose dispensing, intravenous admixing, inventory control, record keeping and billing, and use of equipment and automated technology. Additional responsibilities include special projects as assigned by managers, assist with purchasing, develop staffing patterns and assignments for other technicians, prioritize work responsibilities, and precept and train newly hired technicians.
