About The Position

Are you a Certified Toyota, A-level technician? We are looking for someone who wants to bring their experience to grow and manage their own team. Bring your knowledge and skill and earn $95,000 minimum annual income guaranteed! We pay 130% over factory warranty labor times. We are a high-volume service center averaging 85-100 services per day. Opportunities for work come from various sources including customer work and new & used internal work. Opportunity for additional bonuses based on overall team performance. Repair technicians work Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm; Saturdays optional. Saturday schedule incentive: Additional $2.00/hr increase (for all hours turned) for techs working every other Saturday. Shop is temperature controlled. We have an established training program; pay rate increases as you progress through the certification process. We pay you to train and cover the cost! Weekly pay (every Friday, direct deposit).

Requirements

• Toyota Master Technician Certification required
• Certified Repair, A-level Technician required
• Minimum of 5 years Toyota Technician experience required
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required
• PA State Inspection and Emissions Licenses required.
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your own team
• Perform prompt and accurate inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.
• Communicate recommendations and diagnoses to service advisors and customers.
• Work through the process of diagnosing problems and completing the repair.
• Perform all repairs to Toyota standards.
