Requirements
- Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- Certified Surgical First Assistant (SA-C or CSFA) certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic surgery operating room settings
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, surgical instruments, and surgeon preference protocols
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms
- Assist surgeons during face, breast, and body surgeries

- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
- Proficiency in wound dressing, suturing, surgical site preparation, and sterile technique
