About The Position

Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together. This position is located in the Surgery Department at Texas Health Cleburne. The work hours are Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift, Monday – Friday 6:30a - 3p. Call is required 4-5 weekdays per month and 1 weekend Saturday and Sunday for our 5 member CST team taking equal call. PTO is covered within the team so some months may require more call than others. Response time is 45 minutes. Our service lines are Robotic, Orthopedic, General, podiatry, GYN, GI. The department is a team-based environment with a great workplace culture and highly engaged management.

Requirements

CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and graduate of an accredited surgical tech program Upon Hire
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and was employed to practice surgical technology in a health care facility before September 1, 2009 Upon Hire
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and graduate/completion of a military training program in surgical technology 2 Years
LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly

Nice To Haves

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent and was employed to practice surgical technology in a health care facility before September 1, 2009
