About The Position
Performs delegated duties as a scrubbed member of the nursing team. Prepares rooms, supplies and equipment for procedures. Draping according to procedure. Carry out activities pertaining to handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, catheters, drains and dressings. Assist in clean up of room between cases and at end of schedule.
Requirements
- Must hold current CST Certification.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Maintain current BLS certification.
- Must maintain 10 hours approved in-services per year.
- Must be able to take night and weekend call.
