About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assist for a Surgical Services position in Nashville, Tennessee. The position is scheduled for a 3x12 night shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must provide the listed credentials, clinical references, health screening documentation, and vaccination records, and must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
