About The Position

CLF Consultants is hiring a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to build and lead tactical strength and conditioning programming for an operational U.S. Air Force population in Germany as part of an interdisciplinary Human Performance Team. The position is on-site at Ramstein Air Base, with one role located at Vilseck, Bavaria. The company is recruiting U.S.-based specialists who are ready to relocate to Germany. Compensation is a base salary of $94,000 to $106,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living support, home leave, relocation assistance, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion; eligibility varies, and candidates are advised to consult a tax advisor. Requirements

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential in good standing.
Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
Tactical, athletic, or military human-performance experience.
U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany.

Nice To Haves

AFSPECWAR, SOF, POTFF, or H2F experience.
NSCA TSAC-F credential.
Active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

Design and administer evidence-based strength and conditioning programs.
Provide injury-prevention, recovery, and performance-optimization training.
Conduct performance assessments and integrate with units at Group and Squadron level.
Refer personnel to Physical Therapy when clinical concerns arise.
