About The Position

CLF Consultants is recruiting U.S.-based specialists to relocate to Germany and provide strength and conditioning support to an operational U.S. Air Force population as part of an interdisciplinary Human Performance Team. The position is on-site at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, with one role located at Vilseck, Bavaria. The specialist will develop and lead tactical strength and conditioning programming, including evidence-based training focused on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization. The role includes assessing performance, integrating with units at Group and Squadron level, and referring personnel to Physical Therapy when clinical concerns arise. Base salary is $94,000 to $106,000, with employer-supported housing, cost-of-living support, home-leave, relocation assistance, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion; eligibility varies and candidates are advised to consult a tax advisor.

Requirements

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential in good standing.
Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
Experience in tactical, athletic, or military human performance.
U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany.

Nice To Haves

AFSPECWAR, SOF, POTFF, or H2F experience.
NSCA TSAC-F credential.
Active U.S. security clearance.
