Responsibilities
- Interviewing the participant and caregiver to obtain a social assessment and evaluation of needs and problems.
- Assessing the government authority with completion of documents required by the new jersey adult daycare, such as an application etc.
- Quarterly verification of participants' Medicaid eligibility.
- Medicaid, food stamps, application and renewal housing application etc.
- Care plan development quarterly.
- Assisting participants with their medical and other billing problems.
