Requirements

Master's Degree in School Counseling from an accredited institution.
Current PA Educational Specialist certification.
Current Endorsement in School Counseling.
Proficiency in individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and student emotional/social support.
Familiarity with Pennsylvania education laws, IEPs, 504 plans, and compliance standards.
Strong ability to collaborate with students, staff, and parents.
Knowledge of K-8 developmental stages and challenges.
