About The Position

The Restorative Aide works in harmony with nursing staff to provide patients with additional care and service assistance to improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellness. The role supports skilled nursing care for patients and residents receiving rehabilitative or restorative care. The position is full-time, with a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule and work every other weekend.

Requirements

• Must be a certified CNA in good standing with the state, as required.
• At least one year of experience with restorative care is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine services that support skilled nursing care for patients and residents requiring rehabilitative or restorative care to increase strength and mobility.
• Perform standard care duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant.
