About The Position

Join our Wellness Family as a Certified Residential Medication Aid (CRMA) at The Landing at Cape Elizabeth. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to residents with their daily activities, ensuring they receive their medications, personal care, and prompt attention to their needs. This position offers the unique benefit of working 32 hours while being paid for 40, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 11 pm. Requirements

Successful completion of state competency exam for CRMA certification.
Active CNA or PSS license.
Ability to move and assist residents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
Ability to work well with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
Adherence to ethical standards and maintenance of resident information privacy.
Must have an active 40-hour CRMA.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their licensed care providers.
Help residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Address residents' needs quickly and with empathy, showing attentive care.
Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure an effective care team.
Record observations and updates on residents' conditions to maintain accurate records.
Adhere to safety rules and infection control measures to ensure resident health.
Participate in training and education to continuously improve caregiving skills.
