About The Position
Pawtucket Falls is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Weekend Baylor Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a supervisory capacity while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule.
Requirements
- Active Rhode Island RN license (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to manage staffing and handle urgent situations independently
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during weekend shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations
- Conduct rounds and address clinical or staffing issues as they arise
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Review documentation and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the on-site nursing leader during assigned shifts
