About The Position

Stroudwater Lodge is hiring Certified Residential Medication Aids for full-time and per-diem positions. Per-diem staff are needed for all shifts. The CRMA helps ensure residents receive prescribed medications and supports them with personal care and other needs. The role works with the Wellness team to provide attentive, compassionate care, maintain accurate resident records, and support residents in living their lives to the fullest. A criminal background screening is required.

Requirements

• Successfully complete the state competency exam for CRMA certification.
• Hold an active CNA or PSS license.
• Be able to move and assist residents.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Show genuine care and empathy for residents’ well-being.
• Accurately record resident information and vital signs.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
• Follow ethical standards and protect residents’ private information.
• Complete a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications prescribed by residents’ licensed care providers.
• Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to residents’ needs.
• Work with other care professionals to support an effective care team.
• Record observations and updates about residents’ conditions accurately.
• Follow safety rules and infection-control measures.
• Participate in training and education to improve caregiving skills.
