About The Position
Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers for independent contractor positions in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and New Buffalo, Michigan. This role involves completing high-quality residential property valuations, managing assignments efficiently, and utilizing company-provided technology and resources. The position offers competitive per-report compensation with an estimated earning potential of $60,000 – $100,000+. A 90-day evaluation period is in place. In select markets, high-performing appraisers may be considered for salaried staff appraiser roles with additional benefits, though these are not guaranteed. Requirements
- Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required)
