About The Position

Prairie Band Health Service is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to provide exceptional healthcare services at Blackfeet Community Hospital in Browning, Montana. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, great compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact, suitable for experienced CRNAs. The role involves delivering inpatient and outpatient anesthesia care across surgical, procedural, and emergency cases in a 24/7 hospital environment, including on-call responsibilities. The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility with day, night, and mid shifts available, and self-scheduling. Both local and travel locum tenens are welcome to apply. Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients is required. Prairie Band, LLC exercises Indian Preference in accordance with Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, designating this as a TIER 2 position.

Requirements

  • Active, Unrestricted Medical License — Must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in Montana, any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility — Must be Board Certified NBCRNA
  • Current certifications in: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
  • U.S. citizenship, living primarily within the United States.
  • A minimum of 12 months of relevant clinical experience is required.
  • Willingness and ability to complete and pass the federal security clearance process.
