About The Position
Fairview is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join Fairview St. John's Hospital. This role offers flexible FTE from 0.6 to 1.0 with an emphasis on work/life balance, and no in-house call, nights, or weekends. A signing bonus and relocation assistance are available. The CRNA oversees line operations of the anesthesia department and supervises support staff, working independently as well as collaborating with Anesthesiologists and SRNAs. The position involves a wide variety of cases and utilizes a Fully Integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. As a non-profit organization, Fairview qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital, part of Fairview Health Services, opened in Maplewood in 1985 and provides a comprehensive range of medical care, including an intensivist program and a wide variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Creating the best patient experience is a priority, with all patient rooms being private and specially designed to enhance recovery. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Graduate of a formal Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist training program
- Current Minnesota APRN license
- Board certified or eligible from the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
