About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide on-call anesthesia coverage for a locum tenens position in Fredericksburg, VA. This inpatient role requires clinical coverage plus on-call duties, including off-site nights and in-house weekend shifts. The CRNA will administer anesthesia for various surgical cases, manage patient anesthesia and recovery, and collaborate with the surgical team and facility staff. Coverage is needed ASAP and is ongoing.

Responsibilities

Provide on-call anesthesia coverage for off-site nights (7p-7a) and in-house weekend shifts (7a-7p).
Respond to call-backs within 2 hours at agreed-upon rate.
Administer anesthesia for surgical cases as needed.
Manage patient anesthesia and recovery.
Collaborate with surgical team and facility staff.
