About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Spokane, WA. The role is in an inpatient setting, providing supplemental coverage for surgical procedures. The coverage period is from ASAP to May 31, 2027, and it is clinical coverage only. The environment is high volume, high acuity, and fast-paced, with a focus on procedures. Requirements
- WA License or willingness to obtain.
- Board Certified (BC).
- PALS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- WA DEA.
- Top-tier trauma experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide General Anesthesia for Adult & Pediatric patients.
- Administer Spinal Anesthesia for Neurosurgical cases (Head & Spine).
- Prepare anesthesia carts.
- Supervise CRNA during cases (Note: This seems to be a typo in the original description, as the role is for a CRNA, not a supervisor of CRNAs. Assuming it means the CRNA will be supervised by an Anesthesiologist).
- Work in a high volume/high acuity and fast-paced environment with a focus on procedures.
