About The Position
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a Locum Tenens position in Marietta, OH. This is a clinical-only role in an outpatient setting, providing supplemental coverage for general anesthesia. The average daily patient volume is 1. The coverage period is ASAP and ongoing. The EMR system used is MediTech. Hospital privileges are required.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Licensed in OH
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Pediatric cases
- Experience with Neonatal cases
- Experience with Trauma cases
- Experience with Open Heart Anesthesia
- Experience with Thoracic cases (except open heart)
- Experience with Post-op epidural
- Experience with Post-op extremity blocks
- Experience with Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
- Experience with PA Catheter placement
Responsibilities
- Administer General Anesthesia
- Administer Spinal Anesthesia
- Administer Epidural Anesthesia
- Administer Regional Anesthesia
- Manage Obstetrical Cases
- Manage Neurosurgical cases (Head, Spine)
- Manage Complex vascular cases (except open heart)
- Manage Complex orthopedic cases
- Perform Pain management techniques (Epidural steroid for Lumbar, Epidural steroid for Cervical, Transforaminal, Lumbar, Cervical)
- Perform Ventilation management
- Evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues
- Perform Central Line placement
- Perform Arterial Line placement
