The position offers unparalleled variety and exposure across a full range of clinical specialties and a wide variety of cases in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The role emphasizes achievable work/life integration with flexible scheduling options (8 & 10-hour shift lengths, or a combination that maintains a 1.0 FTE) and importantly, no call, nights, holidays, or weekends. The scheduling system used is QGenda. Working in a collaborative team setting with anesthesiologists and other CRNAs, you will plan anesthesia care with competence, compassion, and accountability. Surgical specialties covered include General, Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Open Heart Surgery, as well as procedures in the Cath Lab, Radiology, and GI/Endoscopy. A $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, along with 0% down payment mortgage financing through the Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union (MEFCU).
