Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Charleston, WV Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: 04/06/2026 – 13 Weeks Clinical Shift Schedule: Flexible – 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s (7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p) COVERAGE DATES Start Date: April 6, 2026 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Schedule Provided Post -Credentialing Will Consider 2–3 Weeks per Month Availability 40 Hours per Week Required PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Patient Volume/Census: Based on OR Schedule Admissions: Yes Rounding: Not Included Case Mix: General, Vascular, Orthopedic, Urology, Plastics, Dental, Interventional Radiology, Cardiothoracic, Thoracic, Pediatrics, Neuro, Cardiac, Endoscopy FACILITY INFORMATION No. of Beds in Department: Multiple Facilities EMR System: Cerner Office Equipment Available: Fully Equipped Operating Rooms Specialty Backup Available: Multispecialty Surgical Services Support Staff Available: Anesthesia Team and OR Staff Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage / Float Pool Support PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 Days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Included in All -Inclusive Rate REQUIRED PROCEDURES Administration of anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties Work in Main ORs, primarily at Memorial Coverage at three hospitals within close proximity JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active West Virginia License and CSR Board: NBCRNA Certified DEA: Not Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience: Minimum 2 Years CRNA Experience Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR; Ability to Work Flexible Shifts DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia services for inpatient and outpatient surgical cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams Ensure patient safety across all age populations Document all care accurately within Cerner EMR Adhere to hospital protocols and compliance standards
Requirements
- Active West Virginia License and CSR
- NBCRNA Certified
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Minimum 2 Years CRNA Experience
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Ability to Work Flexible Shifts
