About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia is seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem OB CRNAs to join our collaborative team at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California. Requirements
- Experience at an independent practice site, 2+ years
- Prior OB experience
- Proficiency with spinals and epidurals
- Active state RN and CRNA licenses
- Board certification required
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
- 2+ Years of Experience as a CRNA
- Decision-Making Skills and Ability to Work With an Underserved, High-Acuity Patient Population

Responsibilities
- Providing services for up to 19 anesthetizing locations daily, including acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, interventional radiology, and a hospital ambulatory surgery center.
- Anesthesia case volume is approximately 14,300 cases annually, consisting of ~9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology.
- Providing OB services with 3,000 births annually.
- Working within a multi-provider anesthesia team with an average of 250-300 births per month, averaging 4 epidurals and 3 C-sections per day.
- Collaborating with learners and students.

- Annual Base Salary up to $457,600
- Four in-house 24-hour call shifts per pay period - $4,400 per shift
- Commitment Stipend - $2,000 per month if worked 8 OB shifts a month
- $40,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) OR $60,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
