Provide full-scope anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients in a collaborative perioperative environment focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary care. This role offers the opportunity to practice with a high level of autonomy while supporting complex surgical cases alongside experienced clinical teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia with active, unrestricted CRNA license and NBCRNA BE/BC certification required.
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications required; ATLS preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience with recent clinical practice within the past 18 months.
  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required with ability to obtain MRPT clearance and relocate internationally for assignment duration.
  • Valid U.S. passport required throughout assignment.
  • Ability to meet pre-deployment physical requirements and communicate effectively in English

  • Prior military or government healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, review diagnostics, and develop individualized anesthesia plans based on patient condition and procedural requirements.
  • Administer and monitor general, regional, and local anesthesia while managing airway support, physiologic response, and patient safety throughout procedures and recovery.
  • Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes while maintaining compliance with clinical, safety, and accreditation standards.
