RieLes Group is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia services at Womack Army Medical Center in support of the Department of Operative and Surgical Services. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing from a Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) accredited program
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience administering general and regional anesthesia, including major vascular, neurosurgical, thoracic, and complex surgical procedures
- Current unrestricted RN/APRN license in the state where services are performed (license portability does not apply)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- U.S. Citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer monitored anesthesia care, regional anesthesia, and general anesthesia
- Manage patient airways and physiologic status throughout surgical procedures
- Monitor and respond to patient reactions during anesthesia
- Manage fluid therapy and invasive monitoring
- Document anesthesia care accurately throughout all phases of treatment
- Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and monitor recovery
- Deliver safe anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties and patient populations
