Work across the full spectrum of anesthesia services: Practice alongside Nevada's largest anesthesia team of 35 CRNAs, delivering comprehensive care across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, UHS). You'll work in a care team model within an autonomous supervised environment that respects your clinical judgment and expertise. There will also be the opportunity to impact the next generation of future CRNAs with teaching rotations associated with our local program Roseman University. We welcome new graduates into our team-oriented, supportive practice with structured mentorship from day one.

Requirements

  • Current, active, unencumbered Nevada CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certification as CRNA through NBCRNA (National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists)
  • Must meet hospital credentialing requirements

Responsibilities

  • Practice alongside Nevada's largest anesthesia team of 35 CRNAs, delivering comprehensive care across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, UHS).
  • Work in a care team model within an autonomous supervised environment that respects your clinical judgment and expertise.
  • Impact the next generation of future CRNAs with teaching rotations associated with our local program Roseman University.
  • Guide best practices nationwide, share resources across the USAP network, and ensure CRNA perspectives shape organizational decisions at the highest level through the National Care Team Advisory Council (NCAC).
  • Provide direct input into practice operations and clinical protocols through local CRNA leadership representation.
