About The Position
At NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) deliver incredible care that is unseen anywhere else in the world. Our team of CRNAs provide patient-centered anesthesia for all types of surgical procedures. Nurse Anesthetists administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency surgical, obstetric and diagnostic procedures. Here, our CRNAs use expertise and top technology to consistently achieve among the nation’s lowest mortality rates. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist Program
- Current New York State RN license or willingness to obtain
- Current CRNA license and certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
