About The Position

Sky Lakes Medical Center is inviting a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their collaborative, high-functioning team in Southern Oregon. The position offers a practice environment where CRNAs can work at the top of their license, with options for either a 1099 independent contract or a W-2 role, respecting expertise and work-life balance. The role involves practicing at full scope with the autonomy of an independent model supported by a collegial MD/CRNA group. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00, with an equitable 1:5 call rotation (CRNA first call, MD backup). The case mix is diverse, including General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Level 3 Trauma, Healthy Peds, and a strong emphasis on Regional anesthesia, covering both the main hospital OR and an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). New graduates are welcome and will be provided with a structured 'Transition-to-Practice' plan.

Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) qualification.
  • Willingness to work full-time.
  • Ability to practice at full scope.
  • Comfort with a diverse case mix including General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Level 3 Trauma, Healthy Peds, and Regional anesthesia.
  • Ability to participate in call rotations.
  • New graduates are welcome and will be supported through a structured 'Transition-to-Practice' plan.

Responsibilities

  • Practice at full scope as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
  • Provide anesthesia services in the main Hospital OR and the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
  • Participate in a diverse case mix including General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Level 3 Trauma, Healthy Peds, and Regional anesthesia.
  • Share equitable call rotation (1:5) with CRNA as first call and MD as backup.
  • Support a collaborative and high-functioning team environment.
  • Participate in a structured 'Transition-to-Practice' plan for new graduates.
