About The Position

Sky Lakes Medical Center is inviting a full-time CRNA to join their collaborative, high-functioning team in Southern Oregon. The position offers a practice model that respects expertise and protects work-life balance, with options for either a 1099 independent contract or a W-2 role. The role provides an opportunity to practice at full scope, with the autonomy of an independent model and the supportive backup of a collegial MD/CRNA group. New graduates are welcome and will be provided with a structured 'Transition-to-Practice' plan.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) qualification.
• Willingness to work a Monday-Friday schedule, 07:00 – 17:00.
• Ability to participate in a 1:5 call rotation.
• New graduates are welcome and will be supported with a 'Transition-to-Practice' plan.

Nice To Haves

• Preference for the independence of a 1099 contract or the security of a W-2 role.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a diverse and engaging case mix including General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Level 3 Trauma, Healthy Peds, and Regional Anesthesia.
• Administer anesthesia in the main Hospital OR and the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Participate in an equitable 1:5 call rotation, with the CRNA as first call and MD as backup.
• Work a Monday-Friday schedule from 07:00 to 17:00.
• Potentially earn extra income through extra shifts and call pay.
