About The Position

Roxborough Memorial Hospital and Lower Bucks Hospital are seeking experienced and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their anesthesia teams. Opportunities are available for both full-time and per diem providers. The CRNA will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care to surgical patients across a variety of procedures while working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other members of the perioperative team.

Requirements

Current CRNA certification.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNA licensure or eligibility.
Current ACLS certification; additional certifications may be required based on hospital requirements.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative surgical environment.
Both experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates may be considered, depending on hospital requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Perform pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Administer and manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage airway, hemodynamic, and anesthetic needs.
Provide appropriate post-anesthesia care and pain management.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Respond appropriately to emergency situations and changes in patient condition.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
