About The Position

Nagassette Bay Anesthesia is a new partnership with USAP Rhode Island!Newly drafted compensation packages for FT - $270k annuallyCall available at Kent and South County Hospitals. Call is voluntary and self-scheduled. Call stipends offered; callback hours paid at 1.5 times regular hourly rate.$10k Travel allowance offered for providers working a weekly minimum of 24h at Kent Hospital and at least 2 additional facilities regularly for 6 months, prorated amount for less than 40h weeklyNew grads welcome! Base pay starts at $255k - increases to $270k after one yearGenerous Student Retention Bonus: $20k annual for 5 year / 60-month commitment (hours at Kent required). Not eligible for longevity increases until 6th year, will become eligible for travel allowances until after 5 years.
