Virtua Medical Group is actively seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their expanding anesthesia team at Mt. Holly and Willingboro hospitals. This role offers significant scheduling flexibility, allowing CRNAs to choose from various shift lengths including 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 24-hour options, with 24-hour shifts being in-house and including an additional stipend. Schedules are made quarterly to enhance work-life balance. The position provides a diverse case mix, ranging from complex vascular to healthy surgery center cases. CRNAs will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and practice with autonomy within a self-governed CRNA model led by a Lead CRNA. Opportunities for career growth include teaching with local SRNA programs, leadership roles, and participation in system-wide initiatives and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a diverse case mix, including complex vascular and healthy surgery center cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a collegial environment.
• Practice with autonomy within a self-governed CRNA model led by a Lead CRNA.
• Work with local SRNA programs and help mentor future providers.
• Participate in system-wide initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
