The system operates five hospitals, seven emergency departments, seven urgent care centers, and over 280 other locations, offering a wide range of services including the Eat Well food access program, telehealth, home health, rehabilitation, mobile screenings, and paramedic programs. Virtua Health is also affiliated with Penn Medicine for cancer and neurosciences, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for pediatrics. Virtua Medical Group is actively seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their expanding anesthesia team at Mt. Holly and Willingboro hospitals. This role offers significant scheduling flexibility, allowing CRNAs to choose from various shift lengths including 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 24-hour options, with 24-hour shifts being in-house and including an additional stipend. Schedules are made quarterly to enhance work-life balance. The position provides a diverse case mix, ranging from complex vascular to healthy surgery center cases. CRNAs will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and practice with autonomy within a self-governed CRNA model led by a Lead CRNA. Opportunities for career growth include teaching with local SRNA programs, leadership roles, and participation in system-wide initiatives and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.

Responsibilities
