About The Position

USAP Maryland (Voted Top Workplace) is seeking a motivated and collaborative CRNA to join their dynamic anesthesia team. This position offers a variety of case options, providing the opportunity to work across their main OR, OB, CVIR and Endo. The role is at Adventist Health Shady Grove Medical Center, a 266-bed acute care facility in Rockville, Maryland. The CRNA will be a valuable part of the anesthesia team, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
Experience in a variety of anesthesia cases.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to commit to a 2-3 year contract for the sign-on bonus.
Must be able to work 10-hour shifts.
Must be able to work in Rockville, Maryland.

Nice To Haves

Experience with OB Preceptorship.
Experience with CVIR, PNB, and spinals.
Experience in a facility with a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

Responsibilities

Work across main OR, OB, CVIR and Endo.
Provide anesthesia care in a variety of settings.
Collaborate with the anesthesia team.
Participate in OB Preceptorship if applicable.
Administer anesthesia for cases including general, GYN, neuro, robotic, plastics, ENT, healthy pediatrics, orthopedics, thoracic, endo, CVIR, OB, PNB, and spinals.
