At Mass Eye and Ear, a nationally ranked specialty hospital affiliated with Harvard, we don’t just deliver anesthesia—we enable sight-saving, airway-securing, and life-changing surgeries every day. We care for some of the most complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head and neck patients in the world. We are looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician. We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available with various day & evening shifts and schedules.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
• Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.
• Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS/PALS Certification
• BA or BSN in Nursing
• Membership in professional nursing organization desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
• Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence
• Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams
• Contribute to education and innovation, if desired
