About The Position

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking full-time CRNAs in the Department of Anesthesiology. This role involves providing full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population with a strong focus on safety and quality, utilizing a collaborative anesthesia care team model. CRNAs are encouraged to participate in the full spectrum of care, including neuraxial, regional, and invasive line placement. The position offers opportunities for work-life balance with a range of shifts, including extra shifts at premium pay, and a supportive environment for new graduates. Practice can be across Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Little Falls, with flexibility for those living in Albany, Binghamton, Utica, or Syracuse.

Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification
• New York State Licensure
• BLS, ACLS or PALS Certification Required

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population.
• Focus on safety and quality in patient care.
• Participate in a collaborative anesthesia care team model.
• Engage in neuraxial, regional, and invasive line placement.
• Support new graduates and contribute to teaching and growth.
